After years of offering advice and support to individuals and organisations through permanent roles and freelance consultancy, it’s a huge pleasure to be launching my own website – Patricia Stead & Associates.
The “& Associates” is very important to me. One of the things about passing the 50 mark is the realisation that you’ve met and worked with a huge range of amazing people throughout your career and that, by setting up your own company, you have the opportunity to work more with those people, drawing on the diversity of their specialist knowledge, experience and styles.
I love the challenge of being able to find the right people for the job and as Patricia Stead & Associates I can offer not just my own eclectic knowledge and experience but, where I think there is someone who can do it better, I won’t hesitate to bring them along too.
